Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the horAIzen Agent Network workflow, costs, and opportunities.

What is the horAIzen Agent Network? The horAIzen Agent Network is a network for licensed real estate agents who want to compete more effectively in the motivated and distressed segment of the market. It gives agents a structured way to analyze investor-oriented properties, package them for investors, and distribute them to the most relevant buyers.

What is a horAIzen Investor Property Specialist? A horAIzen Investor Property Specialist is a licensed real estate agent who uses horAIzen to work with motivated and distressed sellers and investor-oriented properties. The role is designed to help agents add a new line of business alongside their traditional retail practice.

How does horAIzen work? At a high level, the workflow is simple: input the property address, review the analysis, and press Distribute. horAIzen helps generate the core analysis and packaging needed to evaluate the opportunity and share it with the investors most likely to buy in that area.

How much does it cost? No subscription. No lead fees. horAIzen is paid only on success through a flat Platform Access Fee (PAF):
• $195,000 property → $1,000 PAF
• $385,000 property → $2,000 PAF
• $775,000 property → $4,000 PAF

What does it cost to get started? To activate, horAIzen Investor Property Specialists prepay PAF credits at two levels: $3,000 or $5,000. These credits apply to successful outcomes and ensure agents have "skin in the game" to respond quickly.

Does the activation level affect priority? Yes. Agents who activate at the $5,000 level receive first priority for network-generated opportunity distribution.

How do opportunities enter the network? horAIzen generates seller opportunities through direct inquiries, network participants, seller situations that were not the right fit for particular investors, and referrals from organizations that work with sellers in distress.

Will I only work opportunities I source myself? No. You also receive seller opportunities in your area generated through the network. Each opportunity is assigned to a single Specialist rather than being distributed broadly, and we help promote you to the seller.

What makes horAIzen different? horAIzen is not just about marketing. It helps you analyze the opportunity, identify exit strategies, package it in an investor-ready format, and match it to the most relevant buyers through a structured workflow.

What does horAIzen build for each opportunity? horAIzen helps build: Quick Market Analysis (QMA), Scope of Work (SOW), Exit Strategy Analysis, DealLens, and Investor Matching / Distribute tools.

Why would an agent want to do this? It allows you to serve distressed sellers at a higher level while opening a new line of business. It moves opportunities faster and builds more resilient income streams when the traditional market slows.

Is this meant to replace my traditional business? No. horAIzen is an additional capability so you can serve a different segment of the market more effectively while continuing the work you already do well.

Why does this matter for sellers? Motivated sellers need transparency and credible analysis. horAIzen helps licensed agents provide realistic options to those dealing with pressure or uncertainty.

Who is this for? For licensed real estate agents in good standing who want to serve motivated sellers with more speed and professionalism, building a more resilient, counter-cyclical business.
