    Restricted Access: Access to Confidential Information must be restricted to employees or agents who have a bona fide need to know and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

    Irreparable Harm: Unauthorized disclosure would cause irreparable harm to horAIzen, LLC, entitling us to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

    Negotiation: Parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally through negotiation.

    Mediation: If unresolved after 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to mediation in Seattle, Washington.
  •  
    Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes after 60 days of mediation shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the AAA in Seattle, Washington.
  •  
    Waiver of Class Actions: Dispute resolution will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class action.
